We have successfully implemented the entire Production Planning System for Taurani Steels ( UAE). This is a SAP B1 HANA installation. This includes creation of an Add-on to map the raw material losses during production process as well as during transportation. This Add-On can work as a standalone system as well as within SAP B1 HANA kernel.

The sister concerns of Taurani Steel .. Du Cast & UTP pipes are also using this.

We have implemented a customized solution for the tea growers in Eastern India. Typically there is a customized indigenous ERP at the gardens or factory which is responsible for processing the Inventory and garden Accounts .. At HO consolidation is a nightmare. With our Integration TDL the data entered in the factory / garden is easily synced with the ERP at HO. Even if there is a low Internet bandwidth and a connectivity issue syncing is done seamlessly.

We have implemented a Customized TDL for SmartWorks the Real Estate Company who are into Co Working spaces . GMT has developed a TDL which will help them to pick up Sales Data and utilize it for BI Reporting using Crystal Reports. The BI Tool being used is Power BI ( Microsoft )

WE developed the entire Distribution and Logistics process in SAP B1 for Al Fahidi Gastech. Al Fahidi has moved from a customized Software system to SAP Business One with our efforts .The challenges faced at Al Fahidi were many. Titration, Gas pressure and heat was responsible for amount of Gas flow into the residential gas Network. The amount of Gas Flow is regulated thru the pressure valves. Data from regulatory meter was integrated with SAB1 Server and PLC machines thru interfaces and routers . We have successfully had Go Live of this complicated system.
