We implemented ODOO Enterprise for RIGID Industries which is a premier Furniture Manufacturing Company with the Head Quarters at Sharjah Free Zone. All Modules like Accounting, Engineering Projects , Manufacturing , and CRM have been implemented . Rigid Industries belongs to the famous Vaswani Group of UAE. Data from all the various Departments including data access from the Server of parent Company ( Chokhi Dhani Resorts at Jaipur, INDIA ) have been synced seamlessly.

Engineered a custom Odoo application featuring an asynchronous distributed database. This architectural solution enabled sales representatives to maintain full functionality in remote locations with sparse network connectivity, ensuring data integrity during synchronization with
the central server

We developed a complex cross-platform integration between Odoo (POS & Inventory) and SAP Accounting. This streamlined the retail workflow by allowing real-time transactions in Odoo to automatically trigger corresponding accounting entries in SAP, bridging the gap between frontend operations and legacy back-end finance.

Revolutionized warehouse operations by customizing the Odoo Inventory module for picking optimization and automated barcode generation. Furthermore, we integrated the warehouse system with the kitchen application to enable automated material replenishment, significantly

Implemented a multi-channel communication and data strategy by integrating WhatsApp with Sales, Invoicing, and Payments for real-time customer updates. Additionally, I integrated Odoo Inventory and Accounting with PowerBI to facilitate advanced data visualization and executive reporting.

Expanded Odoo’s core capabilities to support 3rd Party Warehousing (3PL). I developed functionality that allowed the organization to generate automated invoices based on specific
warehouse operations performed on behalf of their customers.

Built a Distributor Management System (DMS) that empowered distributors to place purchase orders directly into the manufacturer’s ERP. This system provided distributors with real-time visibility into order fulfil ment and delivery status.

Migrated and customized Odoo’s CRM to meet the specialized needs of an email marketing firm. This transition solved the customizability limitations previously faced with Zoho CRM, allowing for more flexible lead management workflows.
